Do you think he stands a chance? He could say there is no proof whatsoever that he killed her, not even a cause of death, is that enough? Or does he need to present something else like another suspect or something from the Post Mortem that wasn’t mentioned etc etc?
What is likely to happen if he does appeal? I think he did it, but I don’t know he did it. It’s very much based on his constant lying and criminal history to be fair and I just wonder how that will work in the event of an appeal?
- The witness lied about seeing a man in the park
- The witness saw PR in the park
- The witness saw another, unidentified male in the park who would be a vital witness.
Take your pick. I think a lot of people also get stuck on the “accidental drowning” side of things. It’s very easy to...
Because cameras never picked up Libby going back to Beverely Road and they don't pick her up on Oak Road either. That means the only place she could have gone is into Oak Road fields or in the boot of PR's car but they seemed to have ruled that one out a long time ago.
I know this is obvious but we have three sides to this story in regards to the screams. Screams were heard by all three sides but at different times. This confirms someone is lying and I would bet the liar is PR!
Can someone remind me, wasn’t there two witnesses from the nearby street? Two...
I love how conflicting the witness statements are at least when it comes to the timing but the one thing none of them heard is the screaming coming from Oak Road as described by PR.
no, completely wrong. That cctv showed people walking down Oak Road. That isn’t inside Oak Road Playing Fields where the witness saw a man. Oak Road is a cut though kind of thing and takes you to Clough Road.
To be honest, I’m not sure how we are back at this stage. The reason why the police searched that area is because of a few reasons. Firstly, the CCTV as you say shows his car driving into Beresford avenue which is a dead end and so the car would have then been picked up again when it left. CCTV...
If she walked in the direction of her home I’m actually certain this would have been picked up by CCTV that was mentioned as being at the back of a house but as the details on this footage is very unclear we’ll just say she did, okay.
So she walks in the direction required to get to her house...
But then his story and how he never entered the fields doesn’t add up either.
I reckon the timing is entirely possible if he chased her in and caught up with her near the river. If he parked his car with the passenger seat facing the entrance gate then the easiest way for her to run is into the...
I knew this guy would bury himself. I had doubts before about murder but not anymore. He isn’t even admitting they entered the fields at all. His story about Libby coming on to him is obviously a lie. So many holes in his story it’s crazy.
I’d like to say this - Anyone who is in doubt as to whether PR is guilty of rape, I feel sorry for you.
I understand the accusation of murder is harder to accept. However, they both enter a secluded and very badly lit field and PR leaves on his own. He also returns a couple of hours later for...
I always thought PR was stupid as hell but he definitely isn’t. What he told police really matches up with everything we’ve seen on CCTV like he is really aware of the cameras. Compare it to the Grace Milane killer who didn’t realise cctv even existed in hotels. I think the speed in which he did...
I’m a bit confused about that car. Didn’t the two men who helped her come around 11:45? This image shows Libby with PR and another car that appears to be stopped on Beverley road? Maybe it’s the car PR was talking about when describing “Romanian” men in a car then but I never heard about it...
yeah, there is a huge difference between wandering Beverley Road and deciding to wander about in the Oak Road Playing fields. The last time I was there I’m pretty sure it had no lighting whatsoever and is pretty much the definition of creepy
How likely is it they were able to find evidence of drug use after she had been in water for 6 weeks? Sounds very very very unlikely to me if not impossible
