another thing regarding the 23&me test. it came back but we weren't able to find any Millers using it. all it really told us is that we're definitely Irish. the only thing we could really take from that is Mystery grandma was probably also Irish.
I'm going to try to ask my grandma Jeanette some...
my mother is starting to do better. she is currently wheelchair bound and I've been spending most my time helping my family with household chores and the things she normally did, but now I'm back, and I've learned something. mystery grandma was not born in California. my grandmother on my dad's...
thank you for this. tracking down relatives on mystery grandma is probably going to be difficult because the only one who ever actually talked to my mom was her grandmother on that side, but I'm sure using the power of bother 23andme as well as facebook I can track a few down.
about the record...
yeah Charles Michael Connelly is most likely correct. sorry for the confusion. I knew he went by his middle name which I thought was Rodger and no one ever corrected me. it wasn't till I asked my mom for his full name that I found out he's actually grandpa Mike.
mystery grandma was known to mess around with a lot of guys, so when she went missing everyone just assumed she just ran off with another man. grandpa Rodger was chaotic but never violent, I don't think he'd do anything like that.
unfortunately my mother is pretty certain mystery grandma had brown eyes. it was a good guess though. to be honest the composite kinda looks like my aunt but she's very much alive.
I know my dad keeps all our documents in a filling cabinet in his room, so any documents like that would be in there. I would search right now but its better to wait for dad to get home since he actually knows how's its organized. I doubt mystery grandma was baptized and even if she was I...

Grandpa Rodger was kinda troubled. after mystery grandma left he became an alcoholic and smoked like a chimney. I've heard many storied from my mom about him teaching my mom how to cheat in poker and get away with it, or modifying the tv so he could watch *advertiser censored* without paying for it.
yes his legal first name is Rodger. I believe he was born in California and never left except for some business trips. he did remarry but my grandma Jannette but Jannette is her middle name. her first name is Joyce. I do know from cousins that her maiden name is Harris. grandpa Rodgers died...
okay so from what I know during her fathers funeral her mother had asked grandpa Rodger if he knew were mystery grandma is, as she failed to show up at her own father's funeral, however no one filed a missing persons report, I think. my mother did mention grandpa Rodger putting in an ad in a...
when she went missing she would have been 16-20 years old. she had brown hair, and brown eyes. I'm not sure about her height but she would have been around 5"4 to 5"10. unfortunately getting a straight answer to her last location is difficult. if I had to guess based on things my mother has...
thanks for your reply
luckily for us I recently spotted a 23andme kit on my moms nightstand (she's really into genealogy), and I'll definitely make sure to check out the board.
I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but my grandmother Donna Jean Miller has been missing for quite a while now. I don't have many concrete facts about her other than what my grandfather said to my mother, so this is all like 3rd hand data, and no missing persons case was...
