Don’t they call a few witnesses at this hearing?
Also the defense gets to present as well right? If that’s the case, I’d like to know what story they’re going with. Or if the defense will go the same route as Patrick Frazee’s defenders and just present their side of the case but no real defense.
I agree. Unless we get a Hail Mary exhibit from Tee’s phone, maybe the Ring camera captured sound evidence, etc. I honestly like to think HH will do the right thing.
I’m wondering if we find out anything about the infamous “night before” incident during tomorrow’s hearing. He was obviously not well the day of the crime, but why?
I’m also wondering where they were in the truck during the time that’s unaccounted for.
Oh and that firearm charge they added...
Not that I was holding my breath for even this timeframe but, there it is officially-February at the soonest for jury trials.
Jury trials in El Paso and Teller Counties are postponed until Feb. 5 due to COVID-19
I don’t understand how their divorce, any military or otherwise benefits, updated custody arrangements, anything relating to new actions or anything for AS and LH would show up under a murder case. LS and AS’s divorce would be a stretch too. That’s all family court stuff, civil court, how the...
We don’t yet and you’re absolutely right when they connect her to Florida she’s done. I truly believe they’ll be able to do that based on the witness list alone. The green dot credit/cash card company could be for anything but I think it’ll show where exactly she went along the way. Florida has...
I’m going to guess she’s lying about the jail giving her Ensure. If she’s consuming it at all it’s by choice with any commissary funds she may have and she’s presenting it to the judge this way for sympathy or to just support her narrative that her food is being messed with. But I doubt she is...
Protecting her privacy makes sense but I honestly thought it would’ve been because she said something incriminating-or the potential that they thought she could’ve-during the first one. JMO
Colorado won’t release the autopsy because he is a minor.

“Autopsy reports are not criminal justice records. An autopsy report on a homicide victim may be withheld from public inspection by its custodian only under the procedure in the Open Records Act for denying access based on "substantial injury to the public interest."
I don’t think we’re gonna...
The public defenders really stood up in a court of law today and said “are you SURE she’s competent for trial?” I get that they have the legal right to do it but they wouldn’t do it to prolong this process right? Could this be a legal filibuster in some sense for them? It’s either that or they...
Nothing yet. I wonder if her counsel will remove themselves if/when she’s deemed competent. Seems like them seeking an evaluation would be a first step toward them possibly making that request. Plus she’s still a loose cannon with the phone calls, escape attempt, and the letter to the judge...
