If it is proven that there was juror, er malpractice?--what the heck do you call someone lying under oath to get on a jury in order to hang said jury--would it be possible for a higher court to throw out the verdict as legally tainted and require a new sentencing trial? And whether it is or not...

The other jurors felt the one hold out had an agenda to start off, and wanted to get her off the jury. That juror wanted to focus on Jodi's journals during deliberation.

Apparently she thrives in a prison environment, may she never leave it.

I'm with you on this one, although I understand the family's feelings. If JA gets natural life--SHE has to fund her own appeals. If she gets death, an appeal is automatic and all still on the public dime.

I agree. This woman is an antisocial personality (what used to be called a sociopath). If she's not locked up for life or put to death, she will remain a danger to others.
