His lawyer doesn't have to see any evidence other than the arrest warrant. That is a long way off. I am thinking there will be many more charges against JM by the time this case is wrapped up. Then they have to get a grand jury to indict him. This is going to take awhile..that is why longo...

No time limit in the stat of VA

I think they know if it is a match right now. However, I bet they will get fresh DNA ..swabs etc. when he is returned to VA per a search warrant. The fresh DNA will then be matched with other cases I don't think they will issue an arrest warrant for any case before they charge him in HG's...

I'm hoping that he either turned himself in or the LE picked him up in Charlottesville. IMO, he won't be getting any bail & they have plenty of time to prepare their case. They will say he is a flight risk..right duhh!

And, what would that be...him in a suit. I think before this is over it will be the biggest case ever at UVA. And, as I said it has to have positive DNA to get that charge but I speak with my own opinion.

Where did you see that the dna was negative...I live in VA & my daughter went to UVA from 2010 to 2014 & to get the warrant for those charges abduction & intent to defile they have to have positive DNA or they wouldn't even get a warrant. We will see the outcome but I'm almost sure this man in...
