    Phone Tracing

New to this forum. Please excuse but could someone advise if phone tracing / triangulation that put the suspect in the vicinity of abduction could also be used in the days following to try and locate movements and possible burial site?

    Found Deceased Australia - Karen Ristevski, 47, Melbourne, Vic, 29 June 2016 - #7

Gerard Baden-Clay was charged and found guilty of murder. His "version of events" was that his wife Allison went out for a walk and never came back. Does anyone know if BR cut himself shaving that morning!

Evidence that was not discussed during the trial

First: lol I was watching the Channel 9 TV follow up program last night with an interview of two of Allison's friends / fundraisers. There were comments made about abuse. Not sure if this was 'just' verbal and emotional, or whether Allison also suffered physical abuse. I wonder if the murder was...

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 30th June - Trial Day 12, Week 3

Gerard says the relationship between the three partners completely broke down. Says he offered to buy them out. Gerard says "in my view, it was a very sweet deal for them". #badenclay #badenclay tells the court he bought his 2 real estate business partners out for a dollar each...

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 24th June - Trial Day 9, Week 3

Sorry if this has already been mentioned since the post from spratsmum... I remember reading a post from one of the early threads that a passerby saw the Captiva in the driveway will all the doors open late that night. Does anyone else remember this?

GBC Trial General Discussion Thread #2

I hope the judge and jury walk the 14km from Allison's home to the bridge today to get a first hand feeling of how improbable this looong walk really is. Also, it would have been better to do it at night or early morning when it was dark to get the full effect of how difficult and high...

GBC Trial General Discussion Thread #2

This is very interesting and a fantastic pickup - great sleuthing! I agree putting the clothing on a dummy would be a good idea for the jury to see how impractical (highly improbable) it would have been for Allison to be walking 14km in them. This is powerful circumstantial evidence...

GBC Trial General Discussion Thread #2

So any forensic evidence would be obscured by time and the elements? Maybe a random stranger had an accident with Allison whilst she was out walking. They stopped, checked and found she had a knock on the head. Person not interested in taking her jewelry, just wanted to get rid of the evidence...

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 17th June - Trial Day 5 - Week 2

Regarding the 000 transcript... Operator: "What's your location" GBC: "Brookfield" (vague answer?) Operator: "Whereabouts in Brookfield, sir?" GBC: "Ah, 593 Brookfield Road, Brookfield" Wasn't he driving "the streets" looking for Allison? GBC: "[INDISTINCT] I'm now driving the...

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 17th June - Trial Day 5 - Week 2

Mr Baden-Clay confided in Sergeant Andrew Jackson. “I had an affair last year and obviously that has put a strain on the relationship, but we’ve been working through it,” Mr Baden-Clay had said. Four days earlier, Relationships Australia counsellor Carmel Ritchie assessed the Baden-Clays’...

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay, 17th June - Trial Day 5 - Week 2

I think the left side of the bed with the ventolin is his side. There is a baby monitor on the right side (can't see this being in GBC job description, no matter what OBW says) and also more photos on the right side of the bed.

Great Drawing - Thanks Oddsocks. Maybe her tooth chipped on his wedding ring while biting down on the hand over her mouth.

    The Crown v Gerard Baden-Clay - Trial Day 1 - 10th June, 2014-Week 1

But she will go home and tell them all about what happened in court, and they can also read everything online. Question to Alioop: Are witnesses instructed not to discuss the case and how can this really be enforced?

    Allison Baden-Clay - GENERAL DISCUSSION THREAD #48

Thanks sosocurious. If TM did not see GMC physically (note the carefully chosen words 'saw' not 'spoke'), then my guess would be that she saw him after this time with video calls like skype or facetime. Wasn't there another later statement made by TM that was not published as part of the bail...

    Allison Baden-Clay - GENERAL DISCUSSION THREAD #48

I doubt they will say anything about self defense or his mental state. The blunt razor, caterpillar attack, his less than plausible denial and business as usual have been the mainstream of his demeanor and statements. Changing this line would not make sense. I think they are committed to...

    Allison Baden-Clay - GENERAL DISCUSSION THREAD #47

Thanks for your input. The official release of information in the courts has been limited to the minimum needed to successfully deny the two bail applications. In my personal opinion, the digital footprint (camera surveillance, phone, internet, email and more) of (all) those suspected as...
