I've given it some thought: What is the minimum sentence GZ could serve? Say if he is found guilty but they don't feel it was murder. Can they give a lighter sentence?
Wouldn't it be possible to beat the test? Wouldn't a psychopath/sociopath be able to test within a normal range? Maybe someone else could explain it better. Wasn't there an issue with Samuels and the PTSD test results?
Question- Does any feel that any juror(s) have not heeded the admonition. People (not here) are saying the jury has lied every time Judge SS asks about seeing or hearing anything in the media. Being a juror is a serious task. I don't think they would want to do anything to jeopardize this case...
CMJA murdered Travis 3 times over. I think the jury in a way is giving tit for tat. They pronounced her guilty, found the murder to be especially cruel. Now all we need is the DP to be given.
