I just don't get it. If the the murder one conviction is just lip service what is the point? Sorry, that just doesn't make sense to me. It was murder one and especially cruel. And the defendant has no remorse. In my opinion, victory is making sure this woman never has her freedom ever again.

I have to say that I wish the jury could have seen those interviews JA gave last night. She is so smug and absolutely believes that she was justified in killing Travis. I also wish JM had said in his close that this woman, JA, is a dangerous person and that her dangerousness far outweighs any...
You know, just hit me, what have we heard JA tweeting and saying over and over every chance she gets off the stand.....that the prosecutor is a bully! She said it in the interview following the verdict. I think she insisted that her DT go after JM. She didn't get a fair trial because the...
This is the first trial I've watched so I may be way off base but it seems to me that this judge has been extremely patient and reasonable with the defense. Seems like these are all stall tactics, and I'm sure Jodi has tied the hands of her DT.
Oh, my. Did she really say that? I missed that. When - was it during that last interview? Unbelievable. She's so smug and defiant and cruel. Wish the jury could hear her say that.
Thank you for posting this. So the current deliberation is about whether the state has met it's proof for DP, and if the jury comes back with yes, then there are arguments for and against death? Did I get that right?
So do you think JA was crying because she hopes the jury will come back with DP? Her face was so contorted during the arguments, I was thinking there's the devil.
From what I could glean from reading the motion it sounds like the DT wants to be able to view the tapes before hand so they can object to certain statements or portions of statements and have them removed - I guess that means, edited. I find this really ridiculous and reprehensible. JA...
The Alexander family was so dignified and respectful during the entire trial proceedings, I cannot imagine any inappropriate or uncontrolled outbursts during the sentencing hearings. Another ploy to delay the inevitable for JA. The only uncontrollable outbursts I can foresee is from JA herself...
Oh, Katie, he's cruel. I'm so sorry that happened to you. What an as*h*le. He was claiming that you're damaged goods and that what you're doing with your life is somehow inauthentic because it's "just" an outlet for your pain! How dare he!! He's the one who isn't genuine or authentic. Obviously...
Yeah, and that stipulation inferred or stated that she was standing.....and JA insisted she was crouching....remember? TA stepped out of the shower and picked her up from a crouched position to body slam her. And then Nurmi comes back later with the standing reflection in TA's eye. Hmmmm.....
