EIGHT MILE, Alabama -- The family of a 20-year-old man last seen in Gulf Village on Dec. 16 came together on Monday to plead for information in the man's disappearance and offer a $1,000 reward for information.
On Sunday the mother of Timothy Javon Williams, Shondra Hill, took to the streets in an attempt to locate someone with information on her son's sudden disappearance.
She and Williams are close. She said she often heard from him multiple times a day but has endured silence since his cousin dropped him off at Gulf Village in Prichard on Dec. 16.

Family members haven't spoken to Williams since a cousin dropped him off in Gulf Village on Dec. 16. His mother, Shondra Hill, said the silence is highly unusual.
"I talk to him three or four times a day, so I know something's wrong," she said.
A $1,000 reward is being offered for information in Williams' disapperance. Family members said he went to Gulf Village to find 19-year-old Dewon Dewayne Jenkins, who was named a person of interest by Prichard police.
