Thirty years later, investigators now know why her daughters never saw her again.
Detectives with the Polk County Sheriff's Office learned Thursday that Setzer, who was 41 when she disappeared, was the woman whose body was found after she was struck and killed by a train Feb. 21, 1986, near 21st Street Southwest.
