Maybe AZlawyer can weigh in on whether or not someone sitting in county jail for the murder of their wife can profit from use of the patient list? State attorney needs to be made aware as I am sure MS didn't give his buddy Dr. Roy access out of the goodness of his heart. . All day, everyday.

We all had suspicions that medical fraud might be one of the reasons why TS was murdered. Prayers for the ppl down there with all the mess to clean up from MS.

Does LE know about this guy?
 
Dr. Roy was staying at the house the week right before Mark was FINALLY arrested. I was DYING because my personal belief is that Mark was feeling pretty invincible thinking if he was going to be arrested and believing if CWW was going to roll, it would have already happened. I believe he planned on following this guy down to Boca and go into business together with him. Just my guess. As we know, that didn't happen.

Dammit all! CURSES FOILED AGAIN! LMAO
 
Color me confused but is he a cardiologist, chelation specialist, or a specialist in administering bio identical hormones? Because if he practices all three, that would be highly unusual, imho.

I am sure they've been aware since the purple truck was parked in that driveway for a week. That house was under constant surveillance. They ran that tag and knew who he was, that I am sure of.

However, I know they are aware now for sure. ;)

I got in touch with her but she's not home tonight. She promised to check in as soon as she could. :)
 
We've speculated throughout the threads that TS was possibly about to discover something nefarious that MS was up to behind her back, With indictment of dr Roy just a few days after TS' death... and the disposal of fax machines, etc being dumped from the office, there's got to be some connection. IMO

Haven't heard a word....yet. However, I believe MS's attorneys have requested discovery so that means we should be seeing one pretty soon.
 
Thanks to all on Jarvis who kept information flowing as to the daily endeavors of Mark Sievers. I will continue to be an advocate for the people in this neighborhood who are also victims of this brutal murder. This attack has not gone away for those who loved Teresa, as well as the people who continue to look out their windows to see a home with such horror behind it's walls. We are elated that an arrest has been made, but there is still much more to be done to feel an inkling of justice. It took a long time, but prayers are being answered. The girls are safe!!

I'm trying but terrible storms here and my internet connection is barely existent. I keep timing out. (Actually that is prob why I had to call our tech guy to find the posts that I lost while trying to open this thread.)

While I'm timing out, if anyone else want to try - the case # is 1:15-cr-02030-WJ. The "WJ" indicate the judge who it appears from the drop-down menu is either Wayne Jordan or William Johnson. It is a criminal case (hence the "cr") and it was filed in 2015 :)15).

I give up for the night. Will be happy to try again tomorrow when hopefully the weather has cleared up and I have a faster internet connection.

Looks like he's up before the medical board for the same behavior he is charged with in New Mexico.

Currently, he's certified ONLY in holistic medicine, but is still putting himself out there as a cardiologist.
