FARGO – The defense attorney for William Henry Hoehn, one of two people charged in the killing of Savanna LaFontaine-Greywind and the kidnapping of her baby, on Wednesday, Dec. 6, requested a March 2018 trial in the case.

At Wednesday’s hearing in Cass County District Court , Hoehn was escorted into the courtroom shortly after 10:30 a.m., wearing an orange jail sweatshirt, orange pants and orange plastic sandals. He was handcuffed and his ankles bound with a chain.

The hearing was brief. Hoehn’s attorney, Daniel Borgen, told Judge Tom Olson that he would be ready for trial in March. Borgen said he was unavailable in February because of another case. A specific trial date was not set.
I Hate when they don't give a specific date!! :gaah:
LOL!
I know these two idiots will never see the light of day again in their lifetimes.
I'm going to focus on the good news, Haisley Jo is alive!!!
My thoughts are with Savannah's family and friends. Thank God Crews is changing her plea, this will save the family the pain of at least one trial.

She doesn't want to take responsibility for her actions! She's just hoping this will get her a lesser sentence than life without parole! I hope she never sees the light of day again and that her mind is tortured every second of every day by what she has done.

You're right. Maybe some other inmates will take it upon themselves to do the torturing. I'm generally a kind and forgiving person but man, I want BC to suffer. She won't be. Anyone who commits such an act has no conscience to torture them.
