32-year old Sharon Robinson, who sometimes used the alias of Sharon Jackson, was known as the "Depot St. Hooker". Police initially ruled her death a murder, but detectives now believe she may have overdosed. Due to the advanced state of decay, a cause of death could not be determined. Toxicology tests could not be done.

A motorcyclist discovered Sharon's remains August 9, 1984 in a field off Patsy Rd. in Knoxville, Tennessee. She died July 18-20, 1984. Her clothing had been pulled down, initially leading detectives to believe she had been raped and murdered.

Theory #1: Sharon overdosed while servicing a customer. The guy panicked and threw her out of the vehicle. This is the main theory at this time. We know Sharon struggled with addiction.

Theory #2: Sharon overdosed in a crack house. The drug dealers operating the drug house panicked because they had sold her the crack that killed her. They dumped her body and arranged her clothing to look like she had been raped and murdered. This theory is less likely than theory #1. If drug dealers panicked and disposed of her body, they would have been quick about it and probably wouldn't have taken the time to pull down her clothing. They would have gotten out of there as quickly as possible.

Theory #3: Sharon was an informant killed by drug dealers. After Sharon's remains were found, a cop told reporters Sharon had been an informant. Then, another cop denied she was an informant. We know police were trying to bring down a big drug and prostitution ring at the time. Informants would have been necessary.

Theory #4: Sharon was murdered during a drug deal.

Theory #5: Sharon was murdered by a customer she picked up.
