Since this is a civil case and ZFG was the 'first' to place the suit, she is sitting at the 'prosecution' table. at least, that is my non-lawyer opinion.

and the baez team is SOOOO unprepared and the judge is giving them the 'professional' riot act.

They should have set up an attorney telephonically prior to the hearing. The judge is continuing though.
