I just wish Kyron could be found. It's been so long. Not much in this case makes sense to me. Maybe LE will throw us a bone today. :)

Maybe that's exactly whats going on. She's cooperating with LE, but not with TY, DY, and KH.

Possible, I guess (IMO).

So we believe we'll get any good info??

Why this today and then the "conference" next week? 7 days seem like an awful time between now and then. Will they answer more questions today or next Friday? If they answer everything today why would they need the press conference next week?

SO CONFUSED.

At this point, it's about Terri's counsel, Houze, being responsive and deciding how his client will cooperate with LE. So, perahps the bar for cooperativeness is lowered to the level of returning calls within 24 hours and responding to written requests with written delay tactics, and other such legal strategy. :cow:
 
I meant to add:

If my missing child's step-mom and primary caregiver required me &/or LE talk to her through a high powered criminal attorney about what happened the day Kyron went missing, I might consider that uncooperative.

Of course, Kaine's bringing the divorce action kind of spurred Terri getting counsel along.

Then again, LE telling Kaine to get the heck away from Terri, take the baby and run, and slap an RO on Terri probably forced Kaine to seek custody and family lawyer advice... which forced Terri to seek legal advice ...

Anyway, there goes even the pretense of cooperation with Kaine and Desiree in any "family cooperation" sort of way - out the window.

It was bound to happen though, so long as Terri was only pretending to fully disclose.

It's become a non-issue to me. Pretty obvious why the discrepency between LE & the family over the definition of "cooperation".

So todays news will be in the form of a written statement offered by LE and then tuesday there will be a an actual presser with reps from LE present answering some of the questions posed by media via email method? Did I read that right?
 
It's like "good cop" / "bad cop".

LE (good cop on TH's side, sure TH we believe you) and DY/KH (bad cop, she's a liar....)

There are many, many more examples, but the point is that LE saying at some point that someone is cooperating does not seem to correlate in any way with whether the person will eventually be charged with murder. I wouldn't be surprised if Terri's cooperation is of the Dee Dee Moore variety.

I quite agree but, I wouldn't go so far as saying fibbing but, maybe twisting the truth to suit what they need to do.

As for finding anything of Kyron's...I don't believe it for a split second...jmo.

Now, to get back on topic...I have to question the "cooperation" by Terri that LE refers to. There are many degrees of cooperation, from simply agreeing to answer questions but not giving any useful info all the way to being completely open and honest and bending over backward to help.

I believe it's a matter of semantics when LE says she's "cooperating" and that we can't take that necessarily to mean she's cooperating in the way we would hope she would be.
 
sherbie, I am sure you made a very good point above but was unable to focus on it as the brownie image was far too distracting and I wasn't able to concentrate on anything else :)
