The undertones and suspicions have always been there but to see it in black and white...to plug dates of departures and resignations into depos and interviews......

IT ALL MAKES SENSE.
 
Sooooo.....the "Tampering" title shown on all the LE sheets. This will be a far reaching case. MANY people involved. DAYUMMM
 
I'll bet CM is doing the backstroke about now......wonder how fast it will take him to write a letter to the SA saying it was due to JB's youth and inexperience?
 
Just for a moment, I felt like I was with LDB and JA, when they were caught on film giggling and laughing before one of the last court appearances. Heee heee haww!!
 
Wow, never in the twenty years he's practiced has he dealt with a lawyer like Baez (summarizing here). Wow. Baez really is in deep deep doodoo here. So is Mort, it sounds like.

I'm wondeing what the defense response to this interview coming out is going to be...nothing but silence so far...

Yeah...and if you will read between the lines there, there have been evidently many, MANY times of incidents like this with JB according to BC....he just can't talk about them because it would violate his atty/client privilege when representing the As

Line 2 trying to put you in a bad way with conversation with your client’s by any means. (Since this interview was done in October 3 of 2010 why are they referring to his ex clients?)

I don't think they were referring to anybody but someone with the initials JB.
 
Sanctions are going to be THE VERY LEAST of Jose Baez's worries. WOW!!!!!

Yes, this has been reported to the bar, there is no question in my mind. If not, it is only because they are finalizing the details to report, but it does not look like this will go well for Jose Baez, or Cheney Mason for that matter. In the words of Jeff Ashton, "This feigning of ignorance is getting old". I don't know how much Cheney Mason can hold up his hands and say it wasn't me to.

Having been in the legal field for 30 years, I am fully aware that there are, shall we say, shady lawyers. BUT THIS, this is a TOTAL ECLIPSE.
