IF he just prepared for his depo, answered the questions without denigrating the other specialists, then he might get a "pass" and a wing & a prayer acceptance. He IMHO appears to be landing on his past laurels and IMHO assumes that all "lawyerly" types are represented by JAB.

BTW the SA absolutely believes that KC mixed chemicals to kill/knock out her daughter to kill her...JMO.

I love LDB when she is cross examining she is so "sharp" that she can cut you and be gone before you know you are bleeding. Just love her :innocent:
 
Why is KC constantly and carefully pulling her sleeves down over her wrists? Has anyone heard if she attempted to harm herself by cutting her wrists? If she were to have made an attempt, would it have been reported? Could this be the reason for new mental health witnesses?
