Casey Attorney: Don't Stream Deposition Online

The attorney defending Casey Anthony in a civil case against her wants to halt a hearing scheduled for Friday morning.

Charles Green also argues that deposition scheduled for next week could put her in danger.

He also protested Morgan's alleged intention to broadcast Anthony's deposition live on his website.

Court officials rescheduled an emergency hearing Friday from 10 a.m. to 8 a.m. WESH.com will stream the hearing live.

He dined with Fox News personality Geraldo Rivera and, more importantly, Richard Hofstetter, a partner in the law firm of Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz and the head of its entertainment division. That's right, he works with clients to develop TV shows and other intellectual property.

A spy tells us the men had a "semi-serious" three-hour "three-course" lunch.

South Carolina inmate wants to know if he is Caylee's father

A man incarcerated at a federal prison in South Carolina has filed legal papers in Orange Circuit Court to determine if he is Caylee Marie Anthony's father.


The self-filed DNA/paternity suit comes from Christopher Lee Umberger, who listed his federal inmate number and address as Williamsburg Corrections in Salters, S.C.

Chouteau Clerk Mistaken For Casey Anthony Attacked With Minivan

CHOUTEAU, Oklahoma -- An Oklahoma woman believes outrage over the Florida murder case almost cost her her life. The 26-year-old says a crazed woman tried to kill her because the woman thought she was Casey Anthony.

It happened in Chouteau last Friday night, July 8, 2011, just days after the Casey Anthony verdict.

Sammay Blackwell hopes she never hears this again:

"You look like Casey Anthony, I'm like 'okay,'" she said.
