ITA, I remember hearing about Homolka, I cannot believe she only got 12 years in jail.. I didn't know she moved to the Caribbean though, thought she was still in Canada?

I'm not positive about the Caribbean, but she is out of Canada from what I understand. She also had a baby boy. They made a plea deal with her to go after Paul. Then they saw the tapes and saw that she was a willing participant.

I don't know her except for TV so I highly doubt I would hire her as a baby sitter.

And, given the circumstances, I don't expect anyone actually would.

It doesn't mean they (or I) can't hire her for something else.

Yes, I would give someone like her a chance if I deemed them capable.

I agree she probably does need counseling.

It is going to be a tough road to climb as it is for anyone who has been incarcerated and charged with felonies. It will take much effort on her part to rebuild her life and character. However, that isn't the point I am making.

My point is that people should leave her alone so she can get on with doing this.

I'm just saying people who believe she should be given another chance should give her a job, you know, help her to become a productive member of society. I can't beleive that with all the hoopla that no one in the media was able to find out where she went. They did not have that many decoy cars in the caravan.

I believe she now has THREE children, a business making and selling diapers, and posts on parenting forums with some pretty self-righteous comments, considering she is a sexual deviant serial killer.

I believe she was MUCH more than a "participant". Bernardo never killed when he raped alone. Women only died when Karla became involved. I believe she couldn't stop his compulsive raping, so she joined in to keep the 'relationship' and then SHE murdered the poor adolescents out of jealousy and envy. That is what I sincerely believe.

Much like Casey Anthony, this deviant was set loose on innocent and unsuspecting society. She has shown no remorse or normal feeling for the victims and continues to blame others, like Bernardo, for her very evil twisted choices. Watch out, she could be living in YOUR neighborhood and you would never know.

Acquitted does = innocent.

Under US law one is "innocent until proven guilty". Unfortunately KC way not proven guilty.

She was not acquitted as I would use the term; she was found not guilty as in there were doubts in the minds of the jury. At issue is whether these doubts were reasonable. Given that Caylee was underwater and in the bush for six months, I would say any doubts were more than reasonable. She was found, IMO, not guilty because the jury wanted to go home and not do their due diligence under the law.

Well I'm off to bed. I wanted to let you all know I did go to Target today, there were only two magazines with anything FCA related, one was the STAR magazine, like the one I saw yesterday at Walmart, and there was the NATIONAL ENQUIRER, both had very small photos of FCA, I flipped them both over LOL I am surprised more magazines aren't showing FCA's face, very happy but still surprised.
