According to 6ABC Philadelphia, MPD Detective Lawrence Mowery is the "secret witness" today.

Mowery was the one who requested and received most of the digital evidence, from what I remember all the warrants filed.

And why in the world is anyone else responsible for procuring the evidence the defense needs to support BK’s alibi?!? BK should have the evidence.

Do I understand correctly the defense “thinks” the prosecution has “something” that “might” support the alibi in the terabytes of info both sides have, and the D wants the prosecution to give them a more detailed road map as to where this mysterious piece of info can be located in the terabyte universe?

Shouldn’t the D be able to find it for themselves?

Give it to BK to “find” since he should know exactly what he’s looking for.

Waiting for Judge to start his Livestream. We also have a reporter in the Moscow courtroom, along with other news outlets covering the #Kohberger hearing today. Should be interesting since defense has a witness. Change of venue hearing isn't until June 27.

HAPPENING NOW: Bryan Kohberger is back in court for another pre-trial hearing. For the first time, a Moscow Police Officer will take the stand, as the defense tries to get the prosecution to turn over more evidence related to DNA and cell phone tower data.
