It does look like Chessie but she is not on the list. In the group photo, she appears to be handcuffed, but in the closeup, appears to be speaking to the media so she might be a crime scene technician for law enforcement?

The close up of Chessie shows her in the teal scrubs. But the person in teal looks like they are handcuffed in the group shot.

Why would she be with them if not arrested also?

Video also says while the other arrested people were mostly silent with no comments, Chessie was very vocal and even gave an interview. Channel 15 will have that video up soon.

Lawd, can't wait to hear what Chessie has to say "this time".
