Why did LE tell Tony not to talk to Casey about the case or ask her any questions if she contacts him? LE said something about that would violate client / lawyer privaleges..but how if someone talks?
I always wondered why they didn't wire tap Tony and have him talk to Casey.

Since Casey has an attorney she cannot be questioned by LE unless her attorney is present. If Anthony was acting for LE he then could not illicit information from her or discuss the case with her. He could listen, but not ask.

There wouldn't be a need to wire him for a phone call to Casey. All calls are monitored.

Came across this and wondered if anyone has discussed:

In FDLE doc of LA/AL conversation, LA "said that Casey Anthony never said anything about a nanny, however, he thought he recalled a Zenaida who hung out at the Anthony home".
