If this is in the wrong place, I apologize. My friend's mother in law was a foster parent and had 2 of Sarah's brothers for a while after Sarah was murdered. I don't know where the other child was. Both boys came to visit my friend the other day when they were around for the trial. Fortunately, they grew into respectable, decent men. One of them is in the military.

PARAGOULD, AR - A Piggott man has been convicted a second time in the 1989 death of his girlfriend's two-year-old daughter, but on a lesser second-degree murder charge. The result may be that David Houston Reagan goes free because he served 13 years of an earlier first-degree sentence.
Reagan's conviction on the more serious charge was overturned in 2004 by a federal appeals court, which said jurors were given a wrong instruction by the judge in the earlier trial.
Reagan was convicted of killing Sarah Binkard, who died November 27, 1989.
Both defense attorney Lea Ellen Fowler and Prosecutor Brent Davis say they do not expect Reagan to be returned to prison.
