Jury is back 9-3...Nobody will change their minds....asking judge what to do.


Correction: 10-2. Do not know if that is guilty or not guilty. Jury had questions about "confusing" closing argument. Judge said no more testimony. Jury has decided to deliberate more.

Judge gives jury "dynamite instruction" says in the interest of public for them to reach a verdict. Orders them to continue deliberation.
