It says his son was born in 2001, died in 2006....was not that the year Luka changed his name?

Classic LRM posting. Also, the classic work of a psychopath.

That is, a psychopath actually doesn't feel emotions like empathy or sadness at the loss of a loved one. They are often very good at understanding social conventions, and can thus mimic "appropriate" emotions, and thus pass off.

So, a psychopath knows that he's supposed to cry when he loses a loved one, even though he may not actually "feel" sad on the inside.

LRM's problem is that he's not really that bright; so he's made a fake tribute to the death of a loved one, and he says all the right things in there (ie shows angels and crying and sadness and loss), but he doesn't "get" that it's not appropriate to have pornographic angels in there, nor bizarre "shirtless" images of himself in there. His self-obsession, narcissism, and obsession with *advertiser censored* all appear inappropriate in a fake tribute.

I mean, who makes a tribute to a loved one without pictures of the loved one? Only someone who really feels no sense of loss.

Only a person who is actually pretending to have lost someone-- there is no evidence whatsoever that LRM had a child. IMHO, this is just another lie he's fabricated about himself through his sockpuppet accounts.

He's doing his best to fake it, but doing a very bad job.

This is a particularily evil case and a hard one to follow with all the twists and turns. Sadly I don't think we have uncovered all of the twists and turns yet (moo).

Yes it's very confusing at times to keep up imo. So many twists and turns. I'm so absorbed by my research that I have nightmares. Usually I can take these things ok, I've read alot about serial killers in the past. This has crawled under my skin though... somehow.

I haven't seen any MSN reports that he has been questioned by the German police. The hard questioning may come after he arrives back in Canada. It is my understanding from MSN that Germany had its own particularily evil situation happen right after Eric was arrested and they have been focusing on that. Yes, the spotlight sort of dimmed on Eric after he was arrested. All moo of course.

About these videos and the deep web.

When you watch a horror movie for the 10th time it is no longer scarey, it doesn't make you jump, it is no longer grotesque. After the 10th viewing it is predictable, silly and would likely become a bore.

This incident is going to entice some young people to view these gore sites, and much like *advertiser censored* I feel it can be addictive and requires more graphic or gorier subjects to get that "thrill". Sadly young people don't get it. Leave that crap alone. Drugs, *advertiser censored*, gore....leave it alone. Young people need to be educated about this phenomenon so they have a healthy respect for the serious and progressive addiction potential of these things. This is a must teach job for parents and educators during the school years.

These macabre incidents should be scarey; the problem is when they no longer become scarey and young people become desensitized.

As well for the adults. In healthcare and LE there is a phenomenon called secondary trauma. It is very common. It is LE's job with training to pursue these incidents. Be very careful those of the public who are delving into these areas. Secondary trauma is very real and akin to PTSD. MOO

The above lands at random to no particular poster. It is just a thought I had from my years in healthcare to be aware of in general purposes.

It was just another one of Magnotta's internet bombs to try and get his name out there. Much like his relationship with KH, all lies just to try and get his name out there.

In 2010 he created tons of accounts on forums, facebook, blogs and youtube trying to associate himself with the russian mafia. The writing in your link is simply a copy/paste job by himself which was pasted on his blogs and forum posts

Yes, Luka wrote about the Russian mafia so this is probably one of them. I didn't go and look at it but based on other WS member's analysis it did appear to be one of Luka's writings.

I agree, i'm willing to bet there's tons of information and postings by LM on the Deep Web that we don't know.

Just for the record, Justin Trudeau is not the Quebec MP. Mr. Jean Charest is. JT is a Liberal representative for one of the ridings in Montreal (Papineau district) which is not the same district LRM lived in.

He had a few that were done in New York by a professional photographer(based in Miami) but other than that I don't know.

Been wondering the same myself. The so called "tourist" ones, I would assume he would ask people to take a picture.

I don't think he had many real life friends but he may have picked up some men in his journeys. Bars, or wherever.

Excellent - thanks NT - they are going to make sure that they have all the proper paperwork in place and triple checked as they don't want any mixups in bringing him in. I would like to see him back here by the end of this week but am glad they are taking their time and making sure they do it right.

I've been looking into the deep web for any info on Magnotta.. It's the deep web for a reason. It's basically all hidden. There are a few search engines, but none of them have popped up something for me.. I went through most of Magnotta's usernames and searched google with the follow terms:

Magnotta's Usernames + ".onion"

Example: anonymousgirl4 + ".onion"

That will search for content that MUST include the exact characters ".onion" and include some part of anonymousgirl4. Websites in the deep web are listed like this: www.example.onion So it replaces .com..

I couldn't find anything other than the time he posted asking for liquid morphine. I didn't have enough time to go through the entire list of usernames we have, if anyone wants to do it, go for it. I got to about halfway through the YouTube account list in the Timeline thread.

The daily mail so read with a grain of salt. The part about the songs is what interested me. Whether true or not that he made the videos whilst on the run is up for debate. I don't think they were and someone wanting attention posted them. JMO

Yes, after finding out yesterday morning about the fake names used by that organization doing their own "investigation", I don't believe anything posted anymore unless it's from LE. I was skeptical and now even more so.

I wouldn't even take LE's word for it now. I don't have the words to describe how awful it is that the Montreal police commander confirmed those videos of Luka saying hi to fans and peaking out his window were CONFIRMED AS RECENT.

WHAT??? I may be overreacting, and I actually now acknowledge that I'm slightly overreacting since it doesn't really affect anything since Luka has already been caught, but still, how can they confirm them as RECENT? They were POSTED recently, but not FILMED recently.. It took such a little amount of time to find out if they were real or not, the fact that a police commander for a large city is confirming something erroneously is disturbing. If their internet forensics team just read one of the 6 threads WS has posted, they would realize the videos were posted by a troll, and several years old.

I may not be overreacting because if they don't know how to do a small amount of research, how can we expect them to correctly identify if LM and JL met online? How would they be able to investigate the cat killings? That entire crime and all the evidence involved is strictly on the internet only.
