The photo does not show a clear image, but the tattoos are reportedly in memory of their granddaughter.

Casey Anthony attorneys: Throw out murder indictment
Defense attorneys: The indictment is so vague, it must be dismissed

This time, they allege that prosecutors and an Orange County grand jury put so little information in their indictment, she cannot possibly defend herself.

"Instead of starting with the crime and figuring out who did it, the state has essentially started with who did it and is now trying to figure out what crime she might have committed," the defense paperwork reads.

Prosecutors have charged her with 13 crimes in that case, including grand theft, forgery, uttering a forged instrument and fraudulent use of personal identification.

The state is seeking to punish her for four acts, defense attorneys allege &#8211; forging four checks - so she should only be charged with four counts of forgery.

Also, Anthony's lawyers say there is no proof that Caylee was killed in a cold, calculated and cruel manner. They argue the indictment is defective, because it contains no facts; therefore, the defense has no idea how to defend her against the murder charge.

The defense is also arguing that prosecutors should not have filed three charges against Casey for every check she's accused of stealing from her best friend. They want the judge to drop some of the charges.

Defense Says Casey Anthony Was Overcharged

Anthony's defense is filing new motions, which legal analysts say means the defense are getting their ducks in a row. When a person's life is at stake, you can't leave any stone unturned, and if the case goes through an appeals process, these are the natural steps to take.

There are still a number of other motions that haven't been heard before the judge. There is no word on when these new motions will be heard.

What did the new motions today by Casey Anthony's team mean? Here's how stations presented the news:

*** WESH-Channel 2's Bob Kealing highlighted this from the defense team: "The state's intention to seek the death penalty in order to gain a tactical advantage over the defense is in bad faith."

Kealing's take on what will happen to the motion: "It would seem pretty unlikely that the judge would just toss a grand jury indictment that was based, in part, on testimony of Casey's own father. But that's what [defense attorney Jose] Baez and company are asking."

Lawyers filed new motions saying there isn't enough information in the murder indictment for Anthony to defend herself so they want it thrown out. They are also trying to get the check fraud case dropped too claiming double jeopardy because she faces several counts of basically the same charge.

A date for the motions to be heard in court has not been scheduled.

Brad Conway, the Anthony family's lawyer, will not comment or make a statement until he reads the book. The family did not receive an advance copy.

FBI lab tests detected the dangerous chemical in evidence from the area where Caylee Marie's remains were found.

FBI lab technicians detected traces of chloroform inside a sports drink and plastic syringe recovered near the scene where the remains of Caylee Marie were found in 2008.

The report from the FBI's lab shows the Cool Blue-flavored Gatorade drink contained an "unknown liquid." The bottle also contained a plastic bag labeled "Disposable Syringe Kit" with a plastic syringe inside of the bag.

A report labeled "Summary of results" by Dr. Michael Rickenbach of the FBI indicates chemical tests show the syringe contained chloroform, ethanol and water.
