Little Braxton has been found deceased. He was pretty non communicative, so not unusual for him not to answer if people were calling him. The delay in calling the police was simply down to a pretty full on search for a little boy unlikely to answer- needed to be physically found. Today should have been his last day of school before the holidays- his Easter Hat Parade. Very sad for his family and community.

TY for this heartbreaking update. My deepest condolences to Braxton's loved ones. :(

The search continued throughout the night and involved a police helicopter. At about 3.15pm on Thursday the boy’s body was discovered by police divers in a dam on the property.

Also dams on the property according to the ABC News link above:

“Police have described the search area as “dense bushland” and said there were dams on the property.

"We’re hoping the child hasn't gone near the water,” Superintendent Laksa said.”

you called it unfortunately
found deceased in a dam

It looks as though the police suspected this might be the case from early on, sadly.

Does anyone know if there is a thread yet for this little one?

'She's going to be wandering aimlessly in the bush': NT Police search for missing girl with autism in remote Central Australia

There are grave fears for a four-year-old child with autism after she went missing from a remote outstation in Central Australia yesterday afternoon.

The child was last seen by family at around 2pm at the isolated Alice Wells Outstation, near Titjikala, about 150 kilometres south-east of Alice Springs.
I havent seen a thread, but I havent seen a name for the little girl, either. A terrible Easter for some families :(
