For goodness sake, Hannaford, just tell the family where Gail is!
Family of Gail Lynch feels in dark over murder case
THE family of Gail Lynch feel they have been left in the dark when it comes to court proceedings about her alleged killer.
Ms Lynch has been missing since July 2012, and while she has yet to be found her former partner Ian Hannaford has been charged with her murder.

Ive only just read through the threads on this case ...
If Police could possibly find the rug - they may find Gail.
One thing about carpet - it lasts for years - underground or in water.

just a question about the rug - is it the full red/crimson rug on the right of the photo?
Or is it the hall runner edged with a crimson border?
.
Figtree....I think it is the one with the patterned mid section as it looks to be about the size as mentioned further down in that report...
Several items had been taken from her modest unit including a red rug that should have been on her kitchen floor.
Inspector Darrin Shadlow urged people to keep an eye out for the rug.
"This is the red rug we are looking for," he said.
"It's about 2m by 3m approximately with a gold border.
"We'd ask that anyone who sees this rug to contact Crime Stoppers or the Warwick police."
Phone Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

The case against Ian Phillip Hannaford, 61, was mentioned before Justice Ann Lyons in the Toowoomba Supreme Court yesterday.
She has never been found
Justice Lyons said yesterday it was expected that the Hannaford trial would run for two or three weeks and would be set down for the October sittings of the Supreme Court in Toowoomba.
Just as he had done throughout his three week trial, Ian Phillip Hannaford showed little emotion when the Toowoomba Supreme Court jury pronounced him guilty of murdering his former girlfriend Gail Lynch...
In handing down sentence, Justice John Bond... said there was only one sentence that he could impose and that was life imprisonment, though Justice Bond declared the three years and three months Hannaford had spent in pre-sentence custody as time served under the sentence.
Hannaford therefore will serve another 12 years behind bars before he is eligible to apply for parole.
Families of murdered Queenslanders have called for killers to be kept behind bars until they reveal where they’ve hidden their victim’s body...
“We firmly believe if the person has been found guilty of murder, with no shadow of doubt, and the body has not been recovered, they should never, ever receive parole,” general manager Ross Thompson said...
Mr Hutchison said he would never stop searching for his mother’s body. “You always go to court hoping that maybe he’d think, OK, they got me, I should let them know,” he said.“But he didn’t. Why should he get parole? ”
