GUILTY Australia - Malka Leifer: Principal accused of 74 child sex charges, arrest in 2016

I think the "neediness" was the main attraction for this predator. She was meant to care for her students. Instead, it seems that she victimized those she knew were already having a tough time.(More likely to get away with it, revolting) Lots of people have let these women down. Cheers for the Israili victim support group who took it upon themselves to investigate Malka Leifer's claims of severe mental illness, (avoiding extradition to Australia), and, upon finding this to be untrue, provided compelling evidence, that eventually led to her extradition. The sisters are heroic in my eyes, I hope they get justice after all this time.

Prosecutors have now finished calling evidence in the trial, which has entered its fifth week.

Judge Gamble said the jury would hear closing arguments from both sides from Wednesday afternoon, and could be in a position to retire and consider verdicts around the middle of next week
