I can’t tell if she’s nervous because of the situation or if she’s lying. (She’s also biting/licking her lips.)

She seems defensive. I also have a vibe she dislikes Marion? Seems kind of mean towards her?

Wait… so the bank sent copies of the ID to qld police?

And how could you not have “googled it”. She’s young enough to be a googler!
She comes across as someone having zero curiosity… Doesn’t ask the why of the repeated transactions. Doesn’t ask to see a picture of Marion. Doesn’t look up a case she “bumped into”. Doesn’t watch the news…

Aha years later she thinks she met Marion in a course. But she's not sure.

Argh this is a waste of time. Get off the stand!

Agreed. And if you were getting "a whole bunch of unsolicited facebook messages" from friends about a missing person being in a bank you were working at, wouldn't you click on the links they sent you??

Yeah not just block them and be (what could be perceived as) angry about it. So weird.

I believe Silverchair appeared at the « Homebake » festival in Byron Bay in…January (summer) 1996! (Not 1997)

I’m trying to decide if I don’t believe her because she’s not credible or because I don’t like her. Maybe a bit of both?

Trying to do damage control for being slack at the job  Just My opinion.....

None of this sounds right. No recollection at all when interviewed by police. No curiosity at all. But then she sees a reward billboard and suddenly there is a flood of detailed memory? It all just defies logic.

Detailed memory… not sure. The only detail is the flower species, lol.

My husband works in one and all I can say, from his stories, is that she fits the bill!
Turn-over must be outrageous.

And I just remembered her saying something like that earlier.
