I wonder if there is any connection? Or perhaps things like 'gas hazards' and the like are relatively common in these high rise buildings. (I once worked in a building where firefighters appeared on about a weekly basis responding to what ended up being false alarms).

A Queensland Fire and Rescue Service spokeswoman says its crews carried out atmospheric testing.
