    Hi Froggy,
i must admit that that I have always had questions in regard the reported 'Caravan' situation. ... and it's seemed strange that there has been so little attention to this in the mainstream .

Your suggestion appears totally plausible to me - so who were the couple living above the pawn shop, who may perhaps have moved to a caravan, and included a small child ?

    Slightly different article from SMH..

"A fibro cabin in a caravan park on the NSW mid-north coast has been searched by police investigating the disappearance of toddler William Tyrell after residents reported hearing cries of a child in the weeks after the three-year-old vanished.

Police searched a cabin at The Haven caravan park at Laurieton, just south of Port Macquarie at the end of last week"

Revelations of the caravan park search come after homicide detectives raided a home at nearby Bonny Hills and a unit above a set of shops at neighbouring Laurieton on Tuesday, seizing a mattress and computer equipment.

    caravan-park-searched-in-the-hunt-for-missing-toddler-william-tyrell-20150121-12ux0y.html

They certainly did a lot of searching and as far as we know nothing came of it. Just something else that has never been "ruled out" to the public as such. Wording above leans me to thinking possibly related to the searches of the unit or was it just from the report of a child crying?
When you street view where the unit is on the corner of Bold st and Seymour St its a busy little place. Lots of shops underneath etc. Someone must have known or seen the couple or people using the unit at some point, 8 units on 65 Bold St.

That happened to me too, HB. I found that by replying to the post AFTER, rather than before it seemed to make it happy to accept it. Might help (might not). Good luck.

ETA. Just saw your post, SA. Yes I also found that same thing one day. Luck of the draw, I guess!

So you are thinking that maybe William was stashed in the office (on the mattress) from 12th September till 28th September, or so?

That is over 2 weeks of keeping a young boy quiet - possibly drugged - especially during retail hours (thinking of the shop below), while Spedding goes about his business, faces interviews by police, makes FB posts about William being missing, is under public scrutiny.

Then moved to a caravan, then possibly taken back to Victoria, after a 10 day stay in the caravan? Almost a whole month in the area, before being moved on.

I have not seen any suggestion that the man and woman living in the unit above the shop had anything to do with harboring William. Just that they lived in the unit, and that Spedding had the office/pc/mattress near to them.

and for that matter SA, what was it about Karlie's life that directed her attraction to Brendan. I know almost nothing about her life; her Dad went to court with her recently but how solid is that relationship, or the longevity if same ..... where is her Mum? Brothers .. are they in or out ? ... I am not disputing her unattractive behaviour, nor, by her own admission, her long-term marijuana use 'for her depression'.

IMO, she is a deeply troubled & struggling young lady.

Personally I believe she is massively struggling with her own personal value, her self-worth. At the same time I believe she really loves her kids, and she really does want to be a good Mum. ... I don't doubt the emotions are real.

I do wonder however if the 'actual' presents enormous struggles on so many levels, perhaps because she has never had a role model.

Please see this as it is - all just my personal opinion. I don't know Karlie, nor anyone associated with her, and all I want is for this little boy to be found.

Surely SomeOne has a niggle in the back of their mind, and it's high time they made good on that & told Det Jubelin. .. I actually wouldn't waste on Crime Stoppers. Just tell Jube, he'll know in an instance if it means anything, or if it's just you being wonderfully over-zealous.

This is a little Boy! Not an adult who has lived & experienced Life. ...but a little Boy, who deserves to have his family's love through all stages of his life, not to have it rudely & abruptly ripped from them.

as I said, just my opinion only.

Great question / suggestion from Cred, however having spent many years at some-where-near 'the action' of a major Telco here on Aus, I have absolutely no doubt that every call to & from the phones of all parties of interest have been noted, as will have been all Internet traffic.

Makes you wonder why they even bother with the pretence IMO ..

They bother with the pretence because they cannot just get every person's phone details without reasonable cause and a warrant.

It is one thing getting the phone details of an actual missing person. The telcos are happy to provide that. Not so happy to reveal eveybody else's phone details without the appropriate paperwork.

Being near the action, as I was too, you will be aware of the required privacy levels. Especially if this matter goes to court one day. Don't need evidence thrown out because it was improperly obtained.

Nobody says she is acting this way 'on purpose'.

Just that she has young children who do not need this kind of role model themselves. It has been very much pointed out to her, by the law, by FACS, likely by others too.

So, therefore, why not access the many, many social services that this country provides (free of charge, to people in her position), once you are a grown adult, and lift your game? For your children's sake. So they can have their mother.

    Same thing applies to Brendan.

And if she won't/can't do that, then there is no point lamenting to the Australian public. It serves no purpose other than to make everyone feel bad for her. Doesn't make her a better mother. Doesn't help her kids one little bit.

Warshawski, is it not seen, by some, exactly when to enable behaviour and when not to? Enabling bad/risky behaviour does not help the children involved in these matters. It harms them.

    imo

(I realise you won't see this post for a few days, till you reach this part of the thread :) , but I hope you think about this when you get here :) :) )

Have we though? I know NCV2 told us that both Brendan and Mitchell were used to assist in abuse of other kids (and I took this to mean verbal and physical abuse not sexual - just wanted to be specific here as abuse has many connotations now) but I don't remember seeing anywhere that Brendan was actually abused himself. Im not doubting it, just don't remember seeing it??

I think enlisting a child (Brendan, and his brother) in the abuse of another child/ren is abuse in itself. Something I definitely remember NCV2 saying.
I also got the impression that all first four children had suffered, only the last two escaped the abuse.
Would have to go back and look at the posts ... no time at the moment.

This IMO could also be applied to the two cars supposedly parked opposite the house.

They cannot just seize a car for forensic examination without reasonable cause and a warrant.

Were the cars placed at the scene to bring in more reasoning to justify the warrant?

Yes, that was exactly my thought in my first post about it, referenced by Warshawski above. You explain it better than I do. :)

    What do you mean?
There was a picture in the linked article with the face that had previously been blotted out. There was previous discussion about who's wedding BC was at, in his cute suit.
The caption under the pic said Nat Collins, mother though it did not really look like her. A poster latter said that it was actually Karen his step mother.

    http://www.couriermail.com.au/lifest...9dbf01ebe57a76
    http://www.news.com.au/lifestyle/par...9dbf01ebe57a76

The second sentence was quoted from the article. I was simply wondering why the curfew?
Someone on an intensive community treatment order, presumably.
I was thinking about what that curfew involved...drug and alcohol random screening. Not be able to socialise with certain individuals....and why the curfews was given.
Was the person that was on curfew a under 18 years or an adult?
I was also thinking what infants may have been present when all the ruckus was going on and Karlie assaulted the police officer.

Be kind me thinks .... as well.

No point being upset about the results you didn't get, from the work you didn't do.

Maybe, K will decide to do the hard work and set herself some goals. Maybe if she works hard, she might get results from the effort and hard work she puts in.
Whatever, her sentence might be for assaulting a police officer again.
    imo
