*Lance David Ray (52/now 55) was arrested (10/23/20 in Bloomington, IN. & extradited to AZ) (in connection with 3 separate incidents in 2000 after DNA evidence linked him to the crimes for a 14 yr. old & 17 yr. old) & charged & indicted (10/23/20) & arraigned (11/25/20) with 2 counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, 2 counts of kidnapping (death/injury/sexual), 2 counts of sexual conduct with a minor & 2 counts of sexual assault. Plead not guilty. Held without bond.
Trial set to begin on 7/6/23.

11/3/22: Assault: Motion re Complex case Order. Trial on 3/1/23 has been continued on 7/6/23. A pretrial conference is now scheduled on 6/29/23 @ 8:30am. Next pretrial conference hearing on 2/22/23. 3/2/23: Motion to sever counts 1-4 & 5-8.
