Nobody is allowed to sit in on depos except the lawyers and those being interviewed. This may happen in his moc room but that does not mean other people will be in there.

He has moc rooms because he uses them to practice before a trial. It is now a part of his marketing advertisement.

Why shouldn't they have a protective order? What Morgan is suggesting is outside of customary practice. A mock court room and open seating? If you were giving a deposition would you like that? If the answer is no, then why should the Anthonys be subjected to that kind of embarrassment?

Why should they have one? They are not special and I can't see any special reasons for it. Why is what they have to say going to be embarassing and even if it is, do you really think the embarassment is the type contemplated by the legislation? Lying is embarassing, but i don't think that's a reason to keep it secret.

IMO, the reason he wants the protection order is for Casey. What they say might embarass her, and by default, embarass them, but that's what happens when you create an imaginary kidnapping babysitter and point a finger at someone.
