Veronica Felix, 1, black hair, brown eyes, 2 feet tall, approximately 20 pounds.

Justin Felix, 5, black hair, brown eyes, 3 feet tall, approximately 50 pounds.

Enrique Felix, 7, brown hair, brown eyes, 4 feet tall, approximately 70 pounds.

HSI special agents investigating this case believe "John Doe," a young adult male between 18 and 20 years old, produced child *advertiser censored* in which he photographed himself engaging in sexual contact with an African American baby girl 12 to 18 months old. Today the girl may be about 2 to 2 1/2 years old.
Based on investigative clues in the photos, HSI special agents believe that this person may now live in, or had visited, north Texas at the time these photos were taken sometime in April 2013. The ball cap&#8217;s logo, "Shut Up N Play," was new at the time, and they had not yet been released for sale. However, there had been very limited distribution within north Texas when these photos were taken.

Grand Jury indictment claims couple kidnapped, killed Heather Elvis

CONWAY, S.C. - An Horry County Grand Jury formally indicted Tammy and Sidney Moorer in the murder of missing 20-year-old Heather Elvis.

According to court documents, the Grand Jury met at the Horry County Courthouse Thursday and gave its decision.

Jonathan Richardson found guilty of first-degree murder in Teghan Skiba case

SMITHFIELD, N.C. (WTVD) -- A jury in Johnston County took just over an hour Tuesday to reach a unanimous verdict in the Teghan Skiba murder case.

Jonathan Richardson was found guilty of first-degree murder, felony child abuse, kidnapping, and sexual offense with a child in the death of the 4-year-old.

He could now face the death penalty in the next phase of the trial.
