    Couple tips :)

If you want to quote another member you can:
1.Hit the button that says [IMG]
under the post you wish to copy to your own. This is the best because you can hit the little white arrow [ame="http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?p=2838907#post2838907"][IMG][/ame] in the newly quoted post and it will take you back to the original quote.
    OR
2.Copy the post-paste the text into the new post box. Highlight the text you want wrapped in quotes and hit the little quote tag icon [IMG] and it will automagically wrap your text.

    3. If you break a quote for some reason, you can manually fix it.Hit edit on your post then
make sure the quote begins with

  2. Loading...

    Quote tags, people, quote tags!!

    :gaah:

If you delete a quote tag, or even part of one, you break the quote. We end up with a big mess where it's nearly impossible to discern who said what.

Quotes must be enclosed between tags like this ("E" is purposely omitted here):

[QUOT] He said, she said...yada, yada [/QUOT]

Lower case or upper case is fine as long as the word "quote" is between two brackets, and the end tag includes a "/" before the word "quote".

Please do not "quote" a post which contains a broken "quote".:please::facepalm:
