I do see some similarities. I assume they will compare the dental records for this Doe with Richard and rule him out or not like they did with the other Doe mentioned in Richard's thread. It's interesting someone estimated to be young would have complicated dental work on his upper teeth. Whoever he was, he certainly was a flashy dresser, I think, based on the description of his clothing and then his jewelry. As for Richard, it would be interesting to know more about the circumstances of his disappearence.
 
I submitted this John Doe as a possible match to MP Richard E. Watchermpino. Does anyone else see a resemblance, too? Especially the nose shape and mouth?

Looks like a good match to me! I was hoping for a yearbook photo that showed more of his teeth or any jewelry he might have worn but I didn’t find one. His hands are covered or in his pockets in most of them.

It does look more like a cosmetic type piece rather than a denture.

Good find!
