I wonder if they weren't reported missing right away, or if LE wasn't seeking public info before that.

There is something off about this case and I just can’t put my finger on it. I’d be interested to know who reported them missing and also what the circumstances are that are being investigated?

Too little is known about the case to make any conclusions, IMO. All we know is that they aren't at their residence any more. They could have left willingly. Did they leave anything behind? Were they living alone? Is there a possibility that they could be running away from abuse?

I was wondering, at which point would the police consider distributing flyers about a missing person no longer necessary, if they had not been found? Perhaps if they were last seen somewhere else?

Did i miss this somewhere that police is asking to not distribute missing flyer?
They are still listed as missing by NCMC and the attorney.
