Cabrera, 30, was last seen just before midnight as she left Lemoore’s Tachi Palace Casino. She was at the casino with her husband of eight years, Francisco Valdivia. The two were seen driving away in a dark gray 2013 Chevrolet Malibu.

In Goshen, missing person signs for Cecilia Cabrera have started to fade. The 30-year-old Tulare County mother went missing in June, and hasn't been heard from or seen since.

"Even though it's been months-- but that's just it I don't want nobody to forget," said Cabrera's sister-in-law Ramona Amancio.

Friends and family want to keep her story alive. They said she would do the same for them, and describe Cabrera as a loving and giving mother, whose children miss her.

They said the high bail amount was because he had multiple grow sites, but I having a feeling about that statement. If he was with her at the casino, where did he say they went after they left the casino?
 
Things were complex in Cecilia's life and had been for some time. She had been divorced from her first husband, the father of her three oldest children for years, and was married to another man, Francisco Valdivia.

The tricky part was that Valdivia did not live with Cecilia and her four children; he was living with another woman. The relationship was complicated, Ariana told Dateline, but Cecilia had confided in her friend that she had had enough.
"If she did anything wrong, it was being with that man," Ariana said. "She deserved better. But when she talked about leaving him, she would tell me that he would not let her go."
According to Ariana, Cecilia had gone to the casino that night with her husband. It was odd, she said, because the two never went out at night together.
Cecilia had also said she had been receiving threatening phone calls in the weeks before she vanished, which was concerning for her loved ones.

The last images of Cecilia Cabrera were captured on surveillance footage from the Tachi Palace Casino in Lemoore, California. It was just before 1:00 a.m. on June 9, 2016, when the 31-year-old was seen leaving the casino in her dark grey Chevrolet Malibu. Several hours later, a call came in to the California State Highway Patrol that a burning vehicle had been discovered in an orchard near Goshen, about 30 miles away from the casino. Cecilia was last seen with her husband, Francisco Valdivia. Valdivia was later arrested on unrelated drug charges. Authorities have not cleared him in connection with Cecilia's disappearance.

Lt. Jim Franks, who oversaw the detectives in charge of the case, said he has a great case, even without the body.

He's hoping, however, to solidify the case and find a body with the help pf the community. He asked for anyone with information to come forward.

The DA will need to file charges within 48 hours of the arrest, however, the citizenship status could keep the suspects behind bars and give the DA extra time.

The complicated investigation into Cecilia Cabrera's disappearance took months, culminating in the arrests of two suspects: her estranged husband, Francisco Valdivia, and his other wife or girlfriend, Rosalina Lopez.

The Tulare County District Attorney's office filed charges against the couple on Wednesday.


Valdivia faces felony charges of murder and arson.

I'm glad to finally see some action in this case. Not hard to discern what the motive is. I hope one of them tells where Cecilia is. Her poor family.

A probation report for Lopez provides new information about communication between Validvia and Lopez during the early morning hours of June 9th, after Valdivia and Cabrera were seen leaving Tachi Palace together, and shortly before police found Cabrera's car on fire next to an orchard in Traver.

The report says that Valdivia allegedly called Lopez between 3 and 3:30, asking her to pick him up by a bridge, telling her some friends had dropped him off there.

"Mr. Valdivia's phone GPS location indicated he was in the area of Ave 356 and road 28 at 4:13 a.m. during the night of the incident, which was less than a mile from where the victim's vehicle was found burned," the report says.

Francisco Valdivia-
There is a pre-trial conference set for January 25, 2019 at 8:30 am and a Jury Trial date of March 12, 2019 at 9:30 am. They will hear Motions in Limine on March 11, 2019 at 1:30 pm. All will be heard in Department 6.

Rosalina Lopez-
Same exact dates in same exact department so they are being tried together.
