Even though this case is solved to the extent her husband and his other wife were arrested, I don't believe they have found her body. I'm looking at the egress route from the casino to where they found her vehicle near Traver and reconciling with her husbands cell phone hit near 28th and Ave 356 and wondering where along that route might he have disposed of her?

*Pretrial Conference Hearing (@ 8:30am PT) - CA – Cecilia Bravo Cabrera (30) (last seen June 9, 2016, Lemoore, not found) - for *Francisco Javier Valdivia (37/now 40) (estranged husband) arrested (12/13/16), charged & arraigned (12/14/18) with 1 felony count of murder & arson, 2 counts of possession marijuana for sale, 2 counts of cultivating marijuana & storing of it, 2 counts of conspiracy to commit a crime & 1 count theft of utilities service over $400. Plead not guilty. No bond.
Trial was set to begin on 1/25/21 continued to 6/28/21 with jury selection.

12/1/20 Update: Lopez: plead guilty to charges. Sentencing & Report hearing on 1/14/21. Valdivia: next hearing on 1/15/20. Trial confirmation hearing on 1/22/21 with jury selection to begin on 1/25/21. 1/14/21 Update: Lopez: Was sentenced, but no idea to “what”. A Prop 63-Firearms Relinquishment was filed by a probation officer, so maybe she got probation. Motion to compel hearing on 1/22/21.
1/22/21 Update: Lopez: Plead guilty & was sentenced on 1/14/21 to probation. She will testify against Valdivia. Valdivia: Trial is continued. Next pretrial conference hearing on 6/2, Trial confirmation & motions in limine hearings on 6/25 and trial starts on 6/28/21.
*Rosalina Perez Lopez (39/now 42) – plead guilty (12/1/20) & sentenced to probation. Will testify against Valdivia.

Looks like they had a pre trial confirmation hearing yesterday (6/2/21) where they took the upcoming motions and jury trial off calendar. They don’t have any future dates set yet. I’ll have to check the docket every few days to see when they update it with a new hearing date.

I’ll always take the time for you and these cases. I try to remember to calendar them but some slip so just remind me

I looked at the docket again just now. There are new dates for everything:

9/9/21 at 8:30 am - Pre Trial Conference

11/10/21 at 8:30 am - Trial Confirmation

11/10/21 at 8:30 am - Motions Hearing-In Limine

11/15/21 at 9:30 am - Jury Trial

I’ll put the 9/9 date on my calendar. Hope all is well with you!

ETA- So yes the motions in limine were also taken off calendar and moved to the 11/10 date.

Sorry it took me a while to get back to you. Crazy busy day at work. Okay the trial is off calendar and has been moved to next year. Here are the new dates:

2/24/22 at 8:30 am - Pretrial Conference
3/11/22 at 8:30 am - Trial Confirmation
3/11/22 at 8:30 am - Motions in Limine
3/14/22 at 9:30 am - Jury Trial

I just noticed how many times they’ve moved the trial. Crazy
