Missing Since: June 1, 1976 from Napa, California
Classification: Endangered Missing
Date of Birth: February 6, 1957
Age: 19 years old
Height and Weight: 5'2, 130 pounds
Distinguishing Characteristics: Caucasian female. Brown hair, hazel eyes.​

Details of Disappearance

Hynson was last seen in Napa, California on June 1, 1976. She left the residence she shared with her father and brother, en route to a bridal party dress fitting in Benicia, California. She never arrived and has never been heard from again. Hynson left her suitcase behind at home. Few details are available in her case. She's missing under suspicious circumstances.​

Many important questions are raised by the author. Was Eileen planning to take her suitcase with her to Benicia? How was she planning to get to Benicia? Was she going to Benicia for a bridal fitting or party? Was the bridal fitting or party scheduled for the same day?

It would also be helpful to know what clothes she was last wearing. The Napa County Sheriff's Department has released very little information about her. Hopefully a family member will see this forum and share some information about Eileen.

Very odd case. there was another case like this. A girl went missing-after giving a guy a ride home after attending a wedding. I think this was in Arizona. For years, the girl was missing, but I think they found her body recently.

Beautiful young lady. Seems there were several serial killers at work around the time she went missing. Alcala is certainly a possibility as is the Zodiac killer. I need to re-review Alcala's collection of pictures to see if any of the young ladies resemble her.

I think this young lady closely resembles the young lady in picture number 11 of Alcala's collection of pictures. Has anyone here submitted her name as a possible victim yet?

I personally only email. I was able to google for the addy and will type something out when I wake up.

Sent. Wish we knew when the photo was taken. The gal in the photo doesn't appear to have tweezed eyebrows like Eileen. Also am not sure about the nose.
