I am so sick of the way judges throw out the most incriminating evidence. The Aaron Hernandez trial, for example. There was a witness on the stand yesterday, and he is testifying against AH. But he is not allowed to mention that AH once shot him in the face and left him to die in a field---just like what happened to another young man last year, also at the hands of Hernandez. The jury is not allowed to know that ever happened.
