This is just my understanding of how Jurors may see this testimony. All that's needed is this witness, Christopher Austin, to testify convincingly that Monica was part of the plotting and planning to kill her husband. Court TV panelists say because most of the directions for the murder were coming from Baker to Austin, it will still be hard for the Jurors to convict Monica of being involved without maybe some doubt.
Austin said "I did it because he told me to."
Yet, that doesn't say Monica knew about the plot and conspired. Baker said she told him Fabio would be on the patio, Baker told Austin she left the door open. However, that still doesn't confirm in the minds of the Jurors this testimony that Monica was taking part in the plan to kill Fabio. MOO, I'm not worried though. I'm just eager to see how it goes when Baker's on the stand trying to say she wasn't involved in the plot to kill. What are y'all thinking?

Christopher Austin Describes the Fabio Sementilli Stabbing
Christopher Austin describes the stabbing of Fabio Sementilli. Prosecutors say Monica Sementilli and her lover, Robert Baker, killed Fabio.www.courttv.com
When the prosecutor came back around late today to Austin, she eradicated what Monica’s slimy attorney had been building to discredit Austin. He shook Austin up a good bit. She did a good job of restoring the focus.
