@Niner I got in. There is a PreTrial Hearing on October 28, 2019 at 8:30 am in front of Judge Nancy Ashley. There was a hearing last week on October 3rd for a continued motion but it doesn’t show what the motion was about.

Good morning @Niner I checked the court docket this morning. It says the pretrial hearing was heard yesterday but does not have a new date for further hearings. I will check again tomorrow morning to see if the docket has been updated.

@Niner There is a PreTrial Hearing on 12/04/19 at 8:30 am. There are also Preliminary Examination Hearings set for 1/13/20 and 1/14/20 at 8:30 am. This case is obviously going to take forever to go to trial if they are only getting around to doing the preliminary hearing in January. I went back and checked the docket to make sure the preliminary had occurred earlier but it had not. They only arrested him, booked him and have been holding pretrial hearings but haven’t actually done anything else so basically the case will begin in January. The trial probably won’t be scheduled until 2021. We have a major shortage of Judges and courtrooms in California

@Niner The pretrial was heard yesterday. They added another pretrial hearing on December 13, 2019 at 8:30 am. The preliminary exam hearings remain on calendar for January 13 and 14, 2020. I will check the docket again the morning of December 14th to see the results of the next hearing and let you know

Good morning! I meant to look yesterday but then got busy with Xmas stuff. The matter was heard on Friday with the January 13 & 14 dates still on calendar for the preliminary hearings. They didn’t schedule another pretrial so it looks like I will check the first week of January to make sure they haven’t moved those dates.
