*Arraignment & Plea Hearing for both (@ 8:30am PT) - CA – Jacsun Manson (6mos) (Last seen Dec. 31, 2018, reported missing 1/25/19, not found) - *Adam Manson aka Adam Owens & Adam Jackson (34) “father” arrested (1/3/19) & charged (1/28/19) with 2nd degree murder & child abuse resulting in death.
Manson apparently bailed out of jail after he used an alias during his arrest, but authorities arrested him on Feb. 2, 2019 once they figured out his true identity.
*Kiana Williams aka Kiana Chanel Burkhardt (32) “mom” arrested (1/3/19) & charged (1/28/19) with 2nd degree murder & child abuse resulting in death. 2/26/19: Mother confessed to detectives that she knew the baby was not alive. Admitted she dumped the infant’s body close to the Crenshaw Mall area in L.A.
On Dec. 31, Manson & Williams were suspected of stealing a vehicle from a homeless transitional home in Culver City where they were living. They took off with the child inside. A few days after stealing the vehicle, authorities said Manson and Williams were arrested (1/3/19) on suspicion of breaking & entering into a car. At that time, Jacsun wasn't with them & they would not tell the L.A. County Dept of Children & Family Services where the baby could be found. After a few weeks of investigating, DCFS finally reported Jacsun missing to police (1/25/19). Throughout the investigating, his parents have stayed silent about his whereabouts. Hearing Begins for Parents Charged in Baby's Death
A prosecution witness testified Wednesday (4/10/19) that she contacted authorities out of concern about the conditions in which a baby had been living at an emergency family shelter in Culver City about 1 1/2 months before the child's body was allegedly dumped in a suitcase inside a trash bin.
At a hearing in which a judge is being asked to determine if there is sufficient evidence to require Jacsun Manson's parents to stand trial on one count each of child abuse resulting in death, Ariana Herrera (shelter's housing Case mgr) testified that she noticed trash, rotten food and drug paraphernalia in the unit, along with cigarette butts and ashes on the floor near a baby bouncer in mid-November 2018.

Investigators believe the boy's body is at the El Sobrante Landfill in Corona, but it has not been found. When the case against the two was filed Feb. 27, Deputy District Attorney Jon Hatami said Williams and Manson were staying with their infant son in a South Los Angeles motel room on New Year's Eve and were allegedly doing drugs and later found their child was dead. The parents put their son's body in a suitcase and left it in the trash bin, the prosecutor alleged.

The officer -- who said there is video of the incident from his body-worn camera -- told the judge that he believed Manson may have said he couldn't go to jail that night because he needed to see his baby, but didn't list it in his police report about the incident because he didn't know the relevance of the baby at that time. Williams and Manson remain jailed in lieu of $5 million bail. The hearing is set to continue Thursday (4/11) in a downtown Los Angeles courtroom.

That's really sad. I hate thinking of that baby having to make that dump his resting place,. Those two worthless sperm donors should be forced to dig through that dump every single day, by themselves, until they found him.

*Pretrial Hearing for both (@ 8:30am PT) - CA – Jacsun Manson (6mos) (Last seen Dec. 31, 2018, reported missing 1/25/19, not found) - *Adam Bradshaw Manson aka Adam Owens & Adam Jackson (34) “father” arrested (1/3/19), charged (1/28/19) & arraigned (3/28/19) with 2nd degree murder & child abuse resulting in death. Plead not guilty. Held without bond.
Manson apparently bailed out of jail after he used an alias during his arrest, but authorities arrested him on Feb. 2, 2019 once they figured out his true identity.
*Kiana Chanel Williams aka Kiana Chanel Burkhardt (32) “mom” arrested (1/3/19), charged (1/28/19) & arraigned (3/28/19) with 2nd degree murder & child abuse resulting in death. Plead not guilty. Held without bond.

4/11/19: Judge finds probable cause to bind both over for trial. Arraignment hearing on 4/25 for both.
4/25/19 Update: Both plead not guilty. Next pretrial hearing for both on 5/22. And jury trial starts on 6/24.

Hello I am new here everyone, please have a little patience with any scattered posts I make. I do understand this is more of an informative social site,and not a place to share feelings . ..it is what a heavy heart that I speak out and just say my name is Monique and up until the summer of 2015 Kiana Williams was my best friend, roommate, and lifetime sister...and I am sick! I do understand that drugs can change the best of people but I on the other hand new Kiana since 2010 when I hired her at Ralphs. She was beautiful and amazing and was married to Carl ( wife beating) williams. They had 3 amazing and beautiful children 2 boys and the smallest "beans", aka Charlotte. She was there for me in the toughest of times and because of me( I feel) she was alone and scared. I say this because, in the year 2015, approximately around June or July; Kiana actually came to me one day to ask for a place to get away from the life she was living. It was her and the three kids and she was struggling and suffering ( I'm crying), I kept the children for a week to help her breath and come up with a action plan. There seemed like there was no resolve, and my situation at the time was just as horrible. I chose to call her aggressive husband and family to help her because I was weak. I love Kiana and am so sorry if the accusations or true. I just found out via truth finder about this situation because I been searching for her since August of 2018. ... obviously not enough. I should have been there for her. Justice for Jacsun; that name meant a lot to her, so do children..it's something else missing. It just has to be....sorry
