Sodsai Dalzell, 39, was released from jail at around 4:30 a.m., according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s inmate information page. The charges against her were also dismissed, the LASD website read.
It’s unclear why the charges were dropped.
She later plead not guilty to one count each of attempted kidnapping of a child under 14 and first-degree residential burglary with a person present.
She was being held on $200,000 bail prior to her release Friday.

Dalzell was ordered released on Friday, January 5th to be treated for unknown medical condition not treatable at the facility where Dalzell was being detained. LASD sources confirmed at approximately 4:30 a.m. Dalzell was transported to a Los Angeles area hospital while being rebooked for burglary and kidnapping charges related to the Montana incident. If convicted, Dalzell could face a maximum prison sentence of up to 8 years.

Sodsai Dalzell, 40, faces one count each of attempted kidnapping of a child under 14 and first-degree residential burglary with a person present, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.
An arraignment date has not been scheduled.
Jail records show that an initial set of the same charges were dropped early Friday morning and Dalzell was released from custody. She then went to a hospital where she was rebooked under a new case number, according to the District Attorney's Office.
