3/8/21 Update: Hearing was held. Present Judge Robert Foiles, defendant & attorney John Halley by audio/video.. Response to motion: Motion in Limine #18: People’s response to motion to exclude defendant's statements in German court file. And defendant's reply to Motion #18. Defense motion to exclude interrogation of 3/21/19 (Miranda)-granted. Defendant waives right to be personally present in next further proceedings hearing on 4/9/21 because of defendant's dialysis schedule.

Hi, I'm so sorry for the late reply. I've been busy recently.

I hope you're having a great day!

From what I can tell, there are multiple arraignments listed on the site: 5/30/19, 6/14/19, and 11/20/19. The first two dates are from the "Complaint" case (19-SF-006475-A-HTA). The last date is from the "Information" case (19-SF-006475-A), which is the current one. I hope that makes sense!

There hasn't been an update on the site. Maybe there will be a hearing in early May before the trial starts? I'll be checking it frequently!
