BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/FOX58) — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s help finding two missing at-risk teens last seen Tuesday, Nov. 8 on Chester Avenue.

Bennie West, 15 and Lillie West, 13 are considered at-risk to their ages and they have no prior history of running away. Police said they were last seen in an unknown block of Chester Avenue.

Bennie is described as Black, 5'5" tall, 120 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red shirt, blue jeans and white Nike shoes.

Lillie is described as Black, 5'4" tall, 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, blue jeans, black Nike shoes.

Police said the at-risk missing teens were last seen Nov. 8 in the 1600 block of Truxtun Avenue, just west of Chester Avenue.
