The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)

Sadly no info where she was located. Would make a major difference. However she was quite tall at 5'8.

Bumping up case.
The pink blanket is interesting.

Bumping up one more time.
I just feel more should have been done with her case. A reconstruction, better description of where she was found, better description of her clothing, why no PMI?, no photo of T-shirt or blanket? Does she have DNA in the system for Rule-outs?

Bumping case up. Does she have any rule-outs in NamUs?

I don't know the answer to that, but you're right, it would be helpful to have more on the blanket and clothes. Someone could recognize the blanket from just being inside the relevant home at some point. They wouldn't even have to know the decedent to be able to give a major tip.

No rule outs in NamUs

Thanks for checking. Such a shame. It gives the feeling that her case wasn't really worked-on. But she did and does matter.

Perhaps we should submit someone, just to get them thinking about her.

Is a bit far away, but the pink blanket does seem to point towards a domestic situation, such as Lisa's was. Stats line up vaguely.

@Bagpus It's a good idea to submit someone, but I don't think the dates/location are close enough for Lisa.

I want to look further into
MP11301 Michelle
MP4135 Tammy
MP78570 Renisia
MP13094 Detra
MP5898 Hattie

simply because they went missing in 1988 or 1989. For me none of them really stood out for this UID at first look, though.
A lot of African American women went missing during these 2 years from Florida. I don't think I saw any California, which makes me think just maybe those cases didn't make it to NamUs. Because surely there were some. This is all JMO and without spending a large amount of time looking yet...
