I hope she gets the max, by her own admission she walked out of that apartment knowing that sperm donor was abusing him in the bathroom. She had to have heard screams and crying, she left her own son there and didn't even call 911.
Finally, one step in #Justice4Noah, even though she's been out on her own recognizance bond for the last 3 years.
bumping up for @kkdj - I am finding nothing on Godfrey's sentencing - and now wondering if it might be moved after McIntosh's trial.

Yep. Still charged with willful child cruelty.McIntosh:
arrested (3/13/19), charged (3/15/19) & arraigned (4/8/19) with felony willful child cruelty & dependent child abuse. Charged (3/28/19) & arraigned (4/3/19) & indicted (12/11/20) with 1st degree murder & murder (malice) special circumstance murder of torture (this charge malice murder was dismissed).
I am not sure IF he is still charged with the felony willful child cruelty, etc.
Maybe @kkdj - can look that up in the court site, as I can only access the jail site.
edited to add: Godfrey''s sentencing - she has been out of jail since 2019 when she pled guilty - so I am HOPING she does get some years in jail for not protecting Noah....

Agreed, she walked out during the beating (there had been many by bio Dad) that ended poor Noah's life. No call to 911, no running to a neighbor or the loving GP's house (her parents who Noah had been living with before being taken by JG to that apartment) to alert them that something terrible was happening.
I really don't understand people like her ughh. There was a safe place for Noah but nope .I hate the deals they get like KK . These monsters deserve the same as the murders . She just Noped out knowing the torture that poor kid was enduring, they still don't have his remains. I'd say she needs to do A LOT of time. How do you turn your back and just walk away?
